ANTRACIT Senec
The ANTRACIT Senec development project is looking for tenants. In one of the most attractive logistics hubs in Slovakia near Senec, there is an industrial area with an area of 12,000 m2.
The developer of the new ANTRACIT Senec project is the Antracit Property company. The expected construction period will be 7 months. The general contractor of the whole project is the company HSF System SK.
Antracit Property has all the valid building permits for the Senec complex with a total area of over 12,000 m2. Currently, the project is in the phase of being offered on the market and we are looking for a suitable tenant. The building itself can be built on an area of 5,700 m2, the construction will also include an access road, external networks and paved areas. “We are designing the project completely in-house using BIM technology using the Revit tool. The expected construction period is approximately seven months, depending on client requirements,” says Tomáš Kosa, CEO of HSF System SK.
ANTRACIT Senec is a project in the logistics centre in western Slovakia in the immediate vicinity of the D1 motorway. “The project is especially suitable for clients who are looking for a place for a logistics or storage hall with possible light assembly in an ideal location in terms of transport accessibility. We are able to adapt the building with an individual solution directly to the requirements of the end client, e.g., the colour scheme, or we can architecturally distinguish it from ordinary warehouse buildings,” says Jan Hasík, the managing director of Antracit Property, which is the developer of this project.
Despite the current difficult market situation, the HSF System SK construction company continues with all the ongoing projects without any impact on the ongoing deadlines. “We are constantly in touch with state administration bodies and together we are looking for ways to ensure the smooth course of approval processes,” added Tomáš Kosa.
