For end clients, we prepare development projects on our own land.
What do we offer
For each project, we ensure a complete process, from design and space utilization adjustments through project documentation, permits, and actual construction, to handover to tenants and subsequent property management.
Types of objects offered
Industrial parks
Industrial parks which in some cases involve greenfield developments, while in other cases, we take advantage of opportunities to revitalize old industrial sites and brownfields.
Administrative spaces
We have completed successful projects, for example, in Ostrava and Žilina. These buildings, which house not only our sister company HSF but also other companies, are fully occupied. Their management and maintenance are handled by our sister company SK Facility.
Services and Small Business Units
Our projects occasionally attract completely different clients. Last year, we successfully completed two projects focused on public sports activities – a gymnastics hall in Žilina and a bouldering center in Ostrava. Some of our multifunctional projects also include small units designed for retail and service purposes.
Housing
Although we are relatively new to this field, our teams have extensive experience from similar past projects. Our residential developments include the Vaclav Multifunctional House and Dvořakova Villa, which will offer unique living spaces in the center of Ostrava. We are also currently completing the Livia family homes project, where we are the investor and are contributing to the development of a new type of sustainable timber construction, thereby supporting its start-up and market innovation.
