Antracit Solnice

The area located in the “Solnice – South” industrial zone has a direct connection from a newly modified roundabout, serving as a key connection to Route I/14 and bike paths leading to surrounding towns. The territory is 900 meters away from the Škoda Kvasiny plant and is close to the cities of Rychnov nad Kněžnou, Pardubice, and Hradec Králové. It also provides access to more distant destinations such as Prague, Brno, Ostrava, and Wrocław (Poland). The industrial park offers an area of 35,679 m² with two separate halls. The construction is intended for light industry, as well as administrative, retail, and service purposes. Current project status – the project has been granted a valid building permit, and final modifications can be made according to the end client‘s requirements.
